These Terms of Sale ("Terms") govern the purchase of products from SBOEyes ("we," "our," or "us") through our website or any other sales channels (including ETSY, where you can find us at sboeyes.etsy.com). By placing an order, you agree to abide by these Terms. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
- Orders and Contract Formation
1.1 By placing an order on our website or any other sales channel, you are making an offer to purchase our products. Your order is presumed completed once submitted. We do not provide a separate acceptance confirmation.
1.2 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, insufficient stock, or other unforeseen circumstances. If we cancel your order, we will provide a full refund.
- Pricing and Payment
2.1 All prices listed on our website or sales channels are initially displayed in USD ($). However, we provide the option for customers to adjust the currency to their preferred choice, such as EURO (€), using a currency toggle present on our platform. Prices in other currencies are approximate and may be subject to fluctuations based on exchange rates.
2.2 Payment for orders must be made at the time of placing the order. We ensure the security of your payments through verified and secure payment providers, including but not limited to Shopify Payments and PayPal. These reputable payment providers utilize main payment channels, such as VISA, MasterCard, Apple Pay, and American Express. You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information.
- Shipping and Delivery
3.1 We strive to ship orders within 1-2 days after receiving payment. Please refer to our separate Shipping Policy for detailed information about estimated delivery times, shipping options, tracking, and signature requirements.
3.2 Any delivery delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to the ongoing pandemic, are beyond our control, and we are not liable for such delays.
- Returns and Refunds
4.1 We take pride in the quality of our products. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We may offer a replacement or refund, subject to inspection and assessment.
4.2 We do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind. Custom-made or personalized items are also non-refundable.

5.1 Ownership of the products passes to you upon delivery.
5.2 The risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you upon delivery. We are not responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of products after delivery.
