Delivery policies

❤ Processing time

We send out orders within 1-2 business days after receiving payment. We ship out Monday – Wednesday and Friday.

❤ Shipping informations
During coronavirus, all orders are shipped with registered airmail.

Estimated shipping delivery :
Shipping to European countries 5-10 days
Shipping to USA  20-45 days during coronavirus
Shipping to Canada and Australia 20-30 days

Rest of world 20 to 30 days

Almost all the countries offer tracking online.
AUSTRALIAN post office DO NOT provide tracking on line for packets shipped from Greece with registered airmail.

PLEASE NOTE THAT REGISTERED AIRMAIL REQUIRES A SIGNATURE UPON DELIVERY.

If you are not at home, the postman will leave a notice and you will have to either go to the post office to collect your packet or request a new delivery. Attention, please note that for the USA, USPS does not always leave a notice. We highly suggest you to follow your tracking number until delivery.

Instructions about tracking orders :

After shipping, we will give you a tracking number. With this number, you will be able to track your order at www.https://www.elta-courier.gr (the Greek post office) and in few days on your local post office. For example if you leave in the United Kingdom, you will track it on www.royalmail.co.uk, if you leave in the United States, you will track it on www.usps.com.

Delivery information will provide delivery status or attempted delivery status when the item reaches its destination. It WILLL NOT provide tracking of the item as it is on the way to its destination.

❤ Delivery delays
We are in not responsible for delivery delays especially during coronavirus period. We do not accept to refund orders in case of delivery delays. If your order arrives much later than the expected delivery date and you want to cancel it, you will have to wait for the delivery. At the time of delivery, you will have to refuse the package and ask the post office or the postman to return the package to us. Upon receipt of the package, we will refund you the amount of the items (shipping fees are not refundable).

❤ Unclaimed and returned orders

The customer has the full responsibility to track his package online with the tracking number we gave him and to provide us a full and correct shipping address.

If an order has been unclaimed and has been or will be returned to us, we will refund the amount of the ordered items, excluding shipping costs. Delivery cost are not refundable.
If you want your item(s), you will have to place a new order.
