Shipping Policy

Welcome to SBOeyes! Here, we provide you with information about our shipping procedures to ensure a smooth shopping experience. Please review the following details before making a purchase. 

Processing Time

We aim to send out orders within 1-2 business days after receiving payment. Our shipping days are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

Shipping Information

All our orders are shipped from Greece.  

Estimated Shipping Delivery:

  • European Countries: 5-15 days
  • USA and Canada: 10-20 days
  • Australia: 15-25 days

Important: The Australian post office does not provide online tracking for packets shipped from Greece using registered airmail.

Signature Requirement: Registered airmail orders require a signature upon delivery. If you are not present at the time of delivery, a notice will be left. You may need to collect your packet from the post office or arrange for a new delivery. Please note that USPS may not always leave a notice for deliveries in the USA. We strongly recommend monitoring your tracking number until delivery.

Tracking Orders

After your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on the ELTA Hellenic Post website, the Greek post office's official tracking site, and within a few days on your local post office's website. For example, if you're in the United Kingdom, you can track your order on Royal Mail; if you're in the United States, visit USPS.

Please note that while delivery information will provide the status of delivery or attempted delivery upon reaching the destination, it will not track the item as it is in transit.

Delivery Delays

We understand that delivery delays can be frustrating, especially during the coronavirus period. Please note that we are not responsible for such delays. We do not accept refund requests due to delivery delays. If your order arrives significantly later than the expected delivery date and you wish to cancel it, you must wait for the delivery attempt. When the package arrives, refuse it and ask the post office or the postman to return the package to us. Once we receive the package, we will refund you for the items (shipping fees are non-refundable).  

Unclaimed and Returned Orders

It is the customer's responsibility to track their package using the provided tracking number and ensure a correct and complete shipping address.

If an order remains unclaimed and is returned to us, we will refund the cost of the ordered items, excluding shipping charges. Delivery costs are non-refundable. Should you still wish to receive the item(s), you will need to place a new order.

Please note that we do not offer refunds for orders with incorrect or missing shipping addresses.

"Delivered" Package Not Received

If your package is marked as "delivered" but you haven't received it, please take the following steps:

  1. Check your door/mailbox for any notes from your local post office.
  2. Contact your local post office and customs office to inquire about the delivery details.
  3. Ask for information about the delivery personnel and the specific delivery day.

Keep in mind that USPS does not provide proof of delivery for international shipments. Please understand that SBOeyes cannot reimburse or re-ship orders that have been marked as delivered.
